Help us Congratulate Our Newly Certified Interior Firefighters
Over the past several months, seven members of our department dedicated more than 200 hours to earning their National Firefighter 1 Certification. These individuals spent two nights a week and every Sunday training, studying, and pushing themselves to meet the demanding requirements of the program.
Last night, their hard work paid off as they were presented with their black helmets following graduation — a symbol of the commitment, sacrifice, and dedication required to become a certified firefighter.
We are incredibly proud of each of these members and grateful for the countless hours they invested to better serve our community. Their determination and perseverance do not go unnoticed, and we look forward to watching them continue to grow in the fire service. Stay safe and wear those black helmets with pride!
